The INTEGRATED AMRITA MEDITATION TECHNIQUE® is a daily 15-20 minute practice to center, relax, balance and clear the mind and body. Taught all over the world to ages 10 and up, this technique helps one to connect to their inner aliveness, creativity, productivity and joy.
Simple physical exercises are same for all ages. There will be break-out groups of qualified teachers who will teach easy and age-appropriate breathing and visualizations specific to youth 10-14, teens and adults. The technique takes just 20 minutes a day. Modifications will be taught for physical challenges.
Amma, Mata Amritanandamayi (http://embracingtheworld.com), living yogi and global humanitarian, gives this meditation to the world. It is taught for free through teachers that Amma personally approves. There is a small fee for room rentals, transportation or materials.
